Because we are a small business and there is high demand for our accommodations, we must enforce a strict cancellation and no-show policy.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking for all reservations made.
- $30 of your room deposit is non-refundable.
- We accept payment by credit cards and PayPal.
- A 6% West Virginia sales tax and a 4% local Hotel/Motel tax will be added to your room rate.
- If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, we will charge a $30 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations less than 30 days will result in a loss of deposit.
- In the unlikely event of severe weather conditions, refunds or credits toward future stays will be considered after the storm.
- Please call with any questions before making a reservation.
- Special offers and coupons are voided for future use following a cancellation.
- Check in time is 3:00 p.m.
- Check out time is 11:00 noon.
- We are happy to make special arrangements to accommodate your travel schedule.
- We are a non-smoking cottage.
- We cannot accommodate pets.
